Meet The Chef

JOSEPH AWAD

Originally from Lebanon, our Chef Joseph Awad has worked for SHAY, the Pied de Cochon, the Damas restaurant, as well as at Momofuku in Toronto and Massimo Bottura in Italy.

Anticipate sharing small mezze-style dishes, indulging in Lebanese brunches on weekends, and enjoying a culinary voyage.

Pierre Lombardo

With a deep knowledge of the cellar, this true magician of hospitality adds a personal touch to this gustatory symphony. Armed with the experience gained from renowned establishments in the Bordeaux region, including the Michelin-starred restaurant of chef Nicolas Frion (Le Gabriel), he will elegantly guide you throughout your culinary journey, making every moment precious and memorable.
